Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. (President: Takahiko Miyoshi) has decided to integrate Suzukawa Mill and Fuji Mill on April 1, 2005. The new integrated mill will be called Fuji Mill.

Suzukawa Mill and Fuji Mill are located in Fuji City, Shizuoka. The two mills have been endeavoring to bolster efficiency by integrating organizations and combining back-office operations, while merging operations systems as, for example, in the shared storage of pulp, the raw material of paper. Nippon Paper Industries seeks to further simplify the organizations and functions of the mills and unify mill operations through this integration.
