Functional films for displays
Our Functional Film Business began in the latter part of the 1980s, when liquid crystal displays (LCDs) began to take off. Through our long track record in the sector since then, we have earned the trust of customers.
In recent years, we have supplied surface treatment films for new applications including tablet PCs and smartphones, as well as earlier applications such as LCD televisions, LCD monitors, notebook computers, and mobile displays.
We are able to meet a variety of needs with coatings for base materials such as triacetylcellulose (TAC) film, PET film, and acrylic (PMMA) film.
Clear hard-coat film (HC)
We have many years of experience with clear hard-coat fllm as a hard coat for liquid crystal displays. Through distinctive product design and advanced film processing technology, we provide best-in-industry products.
Anti-glare hard-coat film (New Clear: NC)
This product uses precise control over haze and screen unevenness to achieve higher contrast and glare reduction than possible through conventional anti-glare (AG) processing, while also achieving color reproducibility. Its design is also compatible with more minute panels.
