New Pricing for Nippon Paper Industries' Products

Severe cost increases of raw materials and energy have exceeded our capability to absorb the rising costs. Under these circumstances, we are announcing the following export price adjustments:

Grade of Paper Minimum Increase

Uncoated Wood Free $100/MT

Coated Wood Free $100/MT

Light Weight Coated $100/MT

Newsprint $200/MT

New prices are effective July, 2008 production orders until further notice.
