NP Trading Co., Ltd.., a member of the NIPPON PAPER GROUP, has signed an official supplier agreement with Ligale Sendai*1, a member of V.LEAGUE DIVISION2 WOMEN, for the 2022-2023 season to provide 'Cu-TOP Surgical Mask'
'Cu-TOP Surgical Mask' is made of carefully selected materials from domestic manufacturers, including the functional sheet "Cu-TOP" non-woven fabric developed by Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. that can impart antiviral performance. It has been evaluated as complying with the highest quality Class III in the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS T9001 Medical Mask), an index of mask performance in Japan, and delivers safety and security with masks.

Medical masks are stipulated for masks used by people engaged in general medical care andcaregiving.
The collection function and artificial blood barrier required for medical masks are classified into three classes, and there are common regulations for breathability and safety and hygiene items.

In order to revive Tomiya's tea, which was known as a famous tea producing area during the Edo period, Nippon Paper Co., Ltd. has provided a total of about 10,000 tea seedlings regenerated from raw wood to tea farmers in Tomiya City for five years from 2019 using Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd.'s "Cuttings in Containers", as well as cooperating in the management of tea plantations and production technology.
