The CompanySeptember 6, 2022, we filed a lawsuit against Daio Paper Corporation for injunction against Daio Paper Corporation (Reiwa 4 (Wa) No. 22517) on September 6, 2022, claiming that "Eliere i:na Toilet Tissue 3.2 Times Roll Double"sold by Daio Paper Corporation infringed the Company patents.

Today, the Tokyo District Court ruled that the plaintiff's claim in the lawsuit (hereinafter referred to as"This Judgment") was dismissed. I would like to inform you that I have been sentenced.

The Company believe that Daio Paper Corporation has in fringed the Company patents, and this judgment is absolutely unacceptable. There fore,the Company plan to appeal this judgment to the Intellectual Property High Court. In the appeal trial, we will scrutinize the contents of this judgment, reaffirm the legitimacy of thethe Company, and seek correction of this judgment.

This judgment will not affect the Company business results.
