Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd.

Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. (President: Toru Nozawa) established its "Philosophy and Basic Policy on Human Rights, Employment and Labor" in 2004 and has promoted Group-wide efforts to respect human rights. In order to make this more effective in realizing the Group Mission, the policy was revised as the "Nippon Paper Group Human Rights Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") and approved by the Board of Directors on May 30, 2022.

The Policy has been formulated in line with global standards and in support of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, while building on past efforts.
