What is your dividend policy?: Our basic policy is to continue to deliver dividends as stable as possible after comprehensively considering the Group's performance and the enhancement of internal reserves.

Is there a shareholder benefit system?: Shareholders who hold more than 100 shares as of the end of March each year will receive a set of assorted household goods. Learn more here.
About the Shareholder Benefit System

What is the unit of buying and selling stocks?: the Companyshares is 100 shares.

When is the general meeting of shareholders?: It is held every June. Please see the convocation notice here.
Shareholders' Meeting

How to exercise your voting rights?: It can be exercised in writing or on the Internet. For details, please refer to the call notice.

What if I want to change my address?: Please notify the securities company with which the shareholder deals with the change of address.
If you notify the change of address after mid-March, there is a possibility that the delivery address of the shareholder benefit will be the registered address before the change.
Shareholder benefits are delivered by courier, so you cannot receive them just by forwarding them to the post office.

What if I don't receive shareholder benefits?: Please contact us below.
Thethe Companysends the shares of the Company once a year to shareholders who own 100 or more shares ofthe Companyshares recorded in the Company shareholder register as of March 31 each year.
If your registered address does not match the actual residence of the shareholder, the shareholder benefit will be returned tothe Company.
If it has been returned, if you apply by the end of the current fiscal year (the end of March of the year following the shipping date), we will re-ship the shareholder benefits for the current year.
Please note that we may use it as a substitute.
