Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. (President: Fumio Manoshiro; hereinafter, "the Company") has announced price revisions for printing paper and communication paper in the domestic market to all its agencies.

1. Product subject to price revisions

Overall printing paper （Woodfree colored paper included）
Overall communication paper （Business form paper, PPC paper and so on）
2. Markup Printing paper ： Minimum 20%
Communication paper ： Minimum 10%
3. Timing of implementation From January 1, 2019 shipment
4. Reason for implementation

The Company has been promoting reorganization of production structure which meets the recent declining domestic demand for printing paper by shutdown the paper production machine and so on.
The Company has continued to implement cost reductions for rising prices of a number of raw materials and fuels for two years. However, the current price level is difficult to secure reproducible profit through our independent efforts alone. Therefore, the Company decided to realize the revision of the product prices.
