Uneven supply and demand due to the impact of COVID-19 and the ongoing disruption of shipping container transportation has led to a steep rise in the cost of various materials and logistics. In addition to this, the price of the base paper we import, the main raw material used in liquid packaging cartons, has increased by 20% compared to 2018. As it is becoming extremely difficult for us to absorb these costs through our independent efforts alone, we have recently determined that we have no choice but to revise our prices. |
