Use of social media

NIPPON PAPER GROUP is fully aware that information disseminated through social media (Note 1) may spread rapidly throughout the world and that it is extremely difficult to completely delete it, and has established the following compliance matters when using such information.

Compliance

  1. Do not violate laws and regulations. It also does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

  2. We will comply with internal rules and regulations (including guidelines and manuals) such as NIPPON PAPER GROUP Charter of Conduct, Code of Conduct, and Employment Regulations.

  3. We will not transmit information obtained in the course of our work, such as personal information, privacy information, confidential information, or confidential corporate information.

  4. When using social media as an individual, it is clear that NIPPON PAPER GROUP employees (Note 2) are individuals.

  5. Regardless of the above 1~4, do not transmit information that is contrary to public order and morals.
