Shareholders’ Meeting Materials Will Be Provided Electronically from June 2027

Starting with the 103rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 2027, we will change how we provide shareholders’ meeting materials, including the Notice of Convocation.

Materials previously sent by post will generally be made available on our website. Shareholders will receive only a written notice explaining how to access these materials, while voting forms will continue to be sent by post as before.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the electronic provision system?

The electronic provision system enables companies to make shareholders’ meeting materials available online, such as on their websites. Shareholders are notified of the relevant website URL and can generally view the materials there. Following amendments to the Companies Act, this system has become mandatory for all listed companies.

Why is a paper company now making shareholders’ meeting materials available online as a general rule?

Shareholders’ meeting materials contain important information we wish to share with our shareholders. At the same time, not all shareholders require printed materials. We will therefore make these materials available on our website as a general rule, while continuing to send printed copies to shareholders who request them.

This initiative ensures that information is delivered in print to those who need it, while reducing unnecessary resource consumption. We will continue to provide information in ways that make the most of both paper and digital media.
