About the Shareholder Benefit System

Shareholders who own 100 or more shares of the Company recorded in the Company shareholder register as of March 31 each year are eligible.

Shareholders who own more than 100 shares will receive a uniform set of assorted household goods, regardless of the number of shares they own.

We shipped from early to mid-July 2025.

It will be sent to the address recorded inthe Company shareholder register as of March 31 each year.

In order to ensure that the preferential products are delivered to shareholders, please notify the securities company with which you are dealing with the change of address.

Since it is delivered by courier, you cannot receive it just by notifying the post office of your move.

If you wish to have your address delivered to a different address than your registered address as of March 31 of the current year, you will need to contactthe Companyto change your address every year.

My address has changed since March, will the shareholder benefits arrive at the new address?

The address for the delivery of shareholder benefits will be the registered address on the shareholder register as of March 31 of each year. If you notify the change of address after mid-March, the new address may not be reflected in the shareholder register as of March 31. In that case, the delivery address of the shareholder benefit will be the registered address before the change. Shareholder benefits are delivered by courier, so you cannot receive them just by notifying the post office of relocation.
