The Company has been selected as a constituent of the “FTSE Blossom Japan Index" and the “FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index," which are ESG indices developed by FTSE Russell in the UK that target Japanese companies with excellent ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance.

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index
The Company has been selected as a constituent of the ESG index“S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index”, which determines the weight of constituent stocks by focusing on the status of environmental information disclosure and the level of carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per unit of sales).

Sompo Sustainability Index
The Company has been selected as a constituent stock of “Sompo Sustainability Index” managed by Sompo Asset Management Co., Ltd. The index will be used to invest in a wide range of companies with high ESG ratings by Sompo Asset Management for “Sompo Sustainable Management”.

Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index
The Company has been listed as a constituent of the "Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index". The ESG Index is designed to leverage the data and measurement methodologies provided by Equileap* to enable investments with a focus on companies that have established gender diversity policies embedded in their corporate culture and are committed to equal opportunities for employees regardless of gender.

S&P Japan 500 ESG Index
The Company is included in the "S&P Japan 500 ESG Index", published by S&P Dow Jones Indices, the world's largest financial index provider. The S&P Japan 500 ESG Index is a market capitalization-weighted index that covers a wide range of sectors and is designed to measure the performance of securities that meet sustainability criteria while maintaining similar weighting to the industry groups of the S&P Japan 500 Index.

EcoVadis
EcoVadis is a global platform that evaluates companies' sustainability efforts across four themes: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable sourcing. To date, more than 150,000 companies have been evaluated. The Company received a "Bronze Medal," which is awarded to the top 35% of all evaluated companies.

CDP
CDP is a global platform that evaluates the environmental efforts of companies and municipalities and promotes information disclosure. The world's leading institutional investors conduct surveys on environmental areas such as climate change, water security, and forest conservation at their request. The Company achieved scores of "B" in "Climate Change," "A-" in "Water Security," and "B" in "Forests" in 2025.

“Kurumin” Mark Certification
In 2016, the Company was certified by the Tokyo Labour Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "Child-rearing Support Company" and obtained the next-generation certification mark "Kurumin". The "Kurumin" Mark is a certification mark given to companies that have formulated an action plan to support the balance between work and childcare and the improvement of the working environment, and have met certain standards after achieving the goals of the plan, based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.

“Eruboshi (Certification Stage 2)” Certification
In 2022, the Company was certified with "Eruboshi (Certification Stage 2)" by the Tokyo Labour Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
The "Eruboshi" certification is a system that can be obtained if the implementation status of initiatives related to the promotion of women's participation in the workplace is excellent.

Achieved the Highest Rating in "DBJ Environmental Rating"
In 2018, the Company received an environmental rating loan from the Development Bank of Japan Inc. (DBJ) and achieved the highest rating: "Efforts in consideration of the environment are particularly advanced."
