As a special token of our gratitude to our shareholders, we have established the "Shareholder Special Benefit Plan" outlined below, which presents products from the Company Group and Nippon Paper Crecia Co., Ltd. (assorted household goods).
We would be pleased if our shareholders enjoy using our products and in so doing, gain a deeper understanding of the Company Group's different businesses and activities.
1.Target shareholders
Shareholders who have at least 100 company shares registered in the company register as of March 31 of each year.
2.Preferential content
All shareholders with at least 100 shares will receive one set of assorted household goods.

3.Shipping period
The gifts will be shipped the beginning of July each year.
4.Destinations
The gifts will be shipped to the address registered in the Company register as of March 31 of each year.
5.Address Change Notice
In order to ensure deliver of the courtesy gift to all eligible shareholders, please notify your securities brokerage of any changes of address.
The gifts are delivered by a delivery service. As such, notifications of change of address to the post office only will result in not receiving the gift. Refer to the following page for more information on change of address notifications.
