SUPERCHLON™(chlorinated polyolefin) and AUROREN™ (specially modified polyolefin) are high-performance adhesion promoters for paints, inks and adhesives. Its applications include automotive plastic parts and flexible plastic packagings.
SUPERCHLON (chlorinated polyolefins)
SUPERCHLON is a chlorinated polyolefin that has been successfully commercialized based on the Company's unique manufacturing method. It has excellent adhesion to polyolefin-based materials such as PP and good solubility in organic solvents, and can be used as an adhesion agent for polyolefin-based materials in combination with primers, paints, inks, and adhesives. You can select the optimal brand with performance tailored to your specific application, such as for car bodies, buildings, and packaging films.
It is a flexible thermoplastic that exhibits excellent adhesion to polypropylene (PP). Depending on the brand, it also adheres well to PET, ABS, nylon, etc. It exhibits good compatibility with various resins used in paints and inks. In addition to toluene solution and solid types, we also have non-toluene and aqueous dispersion types that meet environmental regulations.

Uses
AUROREN (specially modified polyolefins)
AUROREN is a halogen-free, specially modified polyolefin resin developed with the Company's proprietary technology. We have a lineup of various brands with different melting points and polar group content, so you can choose the one that best suits your application, purpose, and usage conditions.
In addition to non-polar plastics such as PP, it also has excellent adhesion to polar plastics such as PET, nylon, ABS, and polycarbonate. It also exhibits excellent adhesion to metals (aluminum, etc.). It is resistant to decomposition and coloring against heat, UV irradiation, and metal contact, and is stable. In addition to toluene solution and solid types, we also have non-toluene and aqueous dispersion types that meet environmental regulations.
